Our holiday property consists of two brand new apartments, obtained from the renovation of an old dance hall. Both are facing the street with large windows from which you can enjoy the view of Lake Garda and Mount Baldo. The interior has been furnished in such a way as to recall these two environments that make our territory unique, the lake and the mountains, and to let our guests enter the tradition that distinguishes our community: exposed beams, large windows and warm and bright colors recall the sensations that you can experience on the beach of Campione and during walks in our woods. Adjacent to the apartment is the large porch which offers the possibility of covered parking and a well-kept space available to guests.
The apartment is located at the entrance to the village of Pieve di Tremosine, awarded the title of "One of the most beautiful villages in Italy". The ancient agglomeration, reachable in a few steps, has characteristic views and a breathtaking view overlooking Lake Garda. Here you will find typical restaurants, bars in the squares and alleys, where you can savor and breathe the atmosphere of the village of the past. At 100 m from the "house" door, you can also reach sports facilities (tennis and swimming pools) and all useful services (food, pharmacy, post office, town hall, library, pro loco, service agencies). A holiday of flavors, movement, sport and culture without touching the car!
We inform all our guests that our agency manages the rent of Holiday properties. And, as required by law, we do not provide any hotel services. Listed in our accommodations there are the essential supplies we provide to the accommodations : Check in service from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, final cleaning, bed and bath linen, and the first supply of toilet paper. No other amenities provided. Thus no food, personal or household hygiene products.
