The "Le Clos de Canto Rano" residence is a quiet, secure residence with a shared swimming pool open from June to September!
This luminous pavilion is composed as follows:
- A pleasant terrace with awning
- A parking space in the courtyard
- A living room with double sofa bed (140) serving an open kitchen, a bathroom with WC, and a second terrace at the back of the accommodation.
- Upstairs: a mezzanine with a double bed (140), a bedroom with a double bed (140), a second WC.
Good to know :

All amenities within walking distance: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist.
Shopping? Commercial area of Sérignan 4 km away and Polygone de Béziers 20 minutes away.
In the evening: Many restaurants, bars and a club!
Getting around: Free Valras-Plage shuttle from the various free car parks to get to the town centre. “Line E” bus.
