This typically Breton house, classified 3* in furnished tourism, combining ancient stones and modern comfort, located in a quiet street 300 metres from the Grève Blanche beach, 800 metres from the town centre and the port, will allow you to fully enjoy your holidays between walks, swimming, shore fishing or around a tasting of seafood, with family or friends.
Entering through the garden, you have access to a terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers, and its barbecue, perfect for enjoying good grilled dishes.
On the ground floor, the living area has retained all its rustic and warm charm, with its beams, exposed stones and antique furniture (Fireplace not usable): the large convivial table will allow the whole family to gather around a good meal, with and to relax, a TV lounge area, its large corner sofa and armchairs.
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing good homemade dishes thanks to its induction hobs, traditional and microwave ovens. It is also equipped with a combined fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and two coffee makers, one filter and the other Senseo pods.
Just next door is a bright master suite, with bay window, overlooking the garden, consisting of a Queen size 160x200cm double bed and a private shower room with an Italian shower. A separate toilet completes this level of the house.
Upstairs you will have 2 bedrooms, with a view of the garden: the first with 1 Queen size 160x200 cm double bed and 1 single 90x190cm bed and the second bedroom with a Queen size 160x200cm bed.
