Nice villa 30 meters from the beach.The house is in the fantastic area of Alcudia, with capacity for 6 people.It is modern in style with a nice and large terrace with porch and sun loungers to enjoy lunch and dinner with friends and family and relax on your vacation.It has a large bright living room - dining room, with a kitchen with American bar and fully equipped.The bedrooms are distributed, 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor, all with double beds and built-in wardrobes of first quality. It has 3 full bathrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor.The house has satellite television, WIFI, central air conditioning, underfloor heating and private parking.Alcudia is a beach recognized internationally for its crystalline waters, more than 10 km of white sand, perfect for families and children.It is an incredible offer, including typical beach bars, restaurants with terraces and live music, children's parks and a variety of water sports.-As you know, in some areas there is a mandatory tax called ecotasa, used by public agencies for the preservation of the environment.
