Located in Inca, this fantastic house with mountain views welcomes 8 guests.
The best plan of this house will be both breakfast and barbecues as well as moments of relaxation in the sun while contemplating the spectacular scenery offered by the house. For this, you will find a terrace on the first floor, covered and furnished with a table and chairs near the barbecue and the other on the second floor with sun loungers and a small table to relax. There are neighbors nearby, so privacy is partial.
The house, in its interior, surprises with a combination of traditional style. On the main floor is the living room with a sofa to chat with your companions and very close is the kitchen. This is gas and will have all the necessary utensils for cooking, as well as a dining table to enjoy the best meals. In the same room there is a rest area with two sofas and a couple of armchairs overlooking the outside of the house. The house has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. The second floor is completed with two bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and the other with a double bed and two bathrooms with shower. On the upper floor there are the other two bedrooms. A larger room with two single beds, a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower and the other room with a double bed. All rooms have closet and fan. There is availability for a crib and high chair if you are traveling with a baby.
Inca is a charming town located in the heart of the island. It is known as the 'city of leather' due to its artisan tradition in the manufacture of leather products with a Museum of Footwear and Leather that offers the evolution of production methods over the years. One of the main activities to do is also its weekly Thursday market, which runs through the streets of the city center. You will find a wide variety of local products, from fresh food and handicrafts to clothing and footwear. A short distance away is the S'Albufera Park for those looking for a bit of nature and tranquility. It is a town with a lot of charm.
