Villa Pisciotto is a lovely, recently renovated seafront property located in Scicli, in Contrada Pisciotto, just 80 meters from the cliff (from which you can access the sea) and about 700 meters from the sandy beach.
The property can accommodate up to 7 people in 3 double bedrooms (one of which is triple) served by 3 bathrooms with shower.
The living area consists of an open kitchen with island, bright and well equipped which opens onto the external veranda with a breathtaking view of the sea.
The property was built with full respect for the environment and therefore represents the ideal destination for anyone looking for an eco-sustainable holiday dedicated to relaxation and tranquility.
The house is powered by a photovoltaic system which guarantees the daily energy needs. Only the air conditioning system works via a generator which, although completely silent, is located far from the house to ensure guests' peace of mind. The group must be powered manually, if necessary, via a button located in the electrical panel of the house.
Please note that electricity consumption is included up to 150 kWh. For extra consumption an extra of €0.40/kWh is required.
