Stunning and bright small villa with swimming pool and dependence nestled in the green hills of Cefalù.
Located a few minutes drive from the characteristic village of Cefalù, the house offers guests privacy and relaxation in a breathtaking hillside setting. Its strong point is its large outdoor spaces: a large terrace with a swimming pool equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas, and a patio finely furnished with a dining table, barbecue, and a relaxation area, from which to admire the striking panoramic view.
The house is arranged entirely on the first floor and opens onto the living area furnished with a sofa, television, dining table, and a fully-equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area is divided between the main body of the house with a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and the annex that houses a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Guests will have amenities such as air conditioning, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi.
*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.
*The swimming pool is open from the 17th of May to the 13th of October.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

It is known for the Norman Cathedral, an XII-century fortress-built-like structure with elaborate Byzantine mosaic and tall twin towers, near the Museo Mandralisca that offers archaeological exhibitions. For an excursion with a sea view, do not miss the Rocca di Cefalù, also known as “U Castieddu” by the locals, a beautiful fortress whose top houses the ruins of the medieval castle. The coast of Cefalù comes with marvelous crystal clear waters and golden beaches for fun and relaxation, in a Mediterranean climate where to breathe clear air.
