The house is located in a privileged location, providing peace and quiet, surrounded by greenery, just 900 meters from the most beautiful beach in La Escala – Mongo Bay. The other nearest beach is just 400 meters from the house. The city center can be easily reached by a scenic train, the stop of which is located just 50 meters from the house. On the ground floor of the house there is a living-dining room with access to the garden, where there is a large table for outdoor dining, a swimming pool and a barbecue. The living room has a Smart TV, two sofas and a large dining table for the whole family. On the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor of the house there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace. On the ground floor there is a hall with billiards, table football and a seating area with a TV.
