House on the beach is a splendid two-story beachfront house, each floor with independent access, perfect for those looking for a beach holiday.
The house is located exactly in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, just cross the road.
The property was completely renovated in 2021.
An external staircase leads to the first floor, with a perimeter balcony that opens onto the beautiful terrace also facing the sea. The entrance is from the kitchen-living room which leads to the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
It is possible to park outside the property, in a public area. On foot you can reach a bar, supermarket and newsagent.
At the beach, located right in front of the house, it is possible to book 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella from 10 June to 31 August.
