- Pets are not allowed, and groups of young people under 30 years old are not accepted.

A stone house with 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 people:
- Total area of 255 m², including a main house of 95 m², an annex building of 90 m² (45 m² for the spa and 45 m² for a multipurpose room), and a 70 m² patio.
