With ample areas both outside and inside, this villa has 2 spacious bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The second bathroom is available to all guests on the 1st floor.
The kitchen, also fully equipped, offers all the convenience you need to prepare your meals. Facilities like oven, microwave and coffee machine are just some of those facilities. Other amenities such as washing machine, iron ironing board are available to guests.
The remaining living areas are generous both in size and in natural light coming from the large windows distributed throughout the house. The living room and dining room are open plan and have direct access to the inviting terrace.
The view from the accommodation extends to the horizon where the tranquil sea awaits you. In the immediate vicinity there is no shortage of good local gastronomy options, cafés and cultural activities.
One of the realities of this accommodation is precisely its rurality but also the easy access to the walks and levadas of the area. Some of these walks are: Levada do Pico dos Iroses and Walk from Santo da Serra to Gaula.
Although it is located in a quieter area, just a few minutes by car or even a short walk away you will find several services such as minimarket, cafes and some for restaurant.
You also have available 5 minutes from the villa the highway that gives you access to all corners of the island.
