Amenities include a TNT television, WIFI connection, and a collective air-cold heating system for your comfort. The studio is located in a well-maintained building, and paid covered parking is available in the basement.
Hot water is provided collectively, while heating is individually ensured by an electric system. The location is ideal, just 150 meters from the beaches and the Croisette, as well as the SNCF train station.
