Cozy house with pool located in a quiet neighborhood in the south of the island, near the airport and the Playa d'en Bossa area, which is just a few minutes away by car.
The house has two floors:
On the first floor we find:
- 1 Large master bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
On the ground floor:
- Living room with TV and fireplace and air conditioning.
- Full kitchen.
- 1 double bedroom.
- 1 Bedroom with two single beds.
- 1 Bedroom with two single beds.
- Bathroom with shower.
It also has a large garden full of vegetation, swimming pool, sun loungers and barbecue. Parking within the plot, alarm and safe.
There is only air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom on the first floor, the other bedrooms have fans.
The final cleaning of €350 is not included in the price.
