This Villa has 3 bedrooms with large double beds and 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, dressing rooms in the bedrooms and 2 magnificent terraces, one of them equipped with a lounge area from which you can see the sea or sunbathe while you relax; all distributed over 2 floors.
The fully equipped kitchen with a granite breakfast bar, 4K TVs with Wi-Fi and wireless internet connection throughout the property.
The exterior of the house has the pool, the patio and a parking area for 2 vehicles. Large pool with sun loungers and parasols, ideal for relaxing with the whole family.
Spacious patio with a large solid wood table, breakfast bar, hanging hammock and everything you need to prepare a great barbecue with your loved ones.
The property is only 400 metres from the beach of El Albir and is located in a quiet residential area, with sea views and just a few steps from the mountain, where you can visit the El Albir lighthouse and do several hiking trails. A short distance away you will find numerous shops and restaurants, as well as leisure areas for all ages.

- 10:01pm to 12:00am supplement of £50
- 12:01am to 9:00am (the following day) supplement of £100
This amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the deposit.
