Sitting between the enchanting Medieval towns of Pollença and Alcúdia, encircled by sprawling Mallorquin countryside and a glorious backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains, Les Roques de Ca'n Guixe offers home away from home for those seeking peace and tranquillity, yet little more than a 10 minute drive to the coast with its succession of sandy beaches emanating true 'holiday vibes', craggy coves perfect for snorkelling and water inlets creating nature reserves such as S’Albufereta.
Aesthetically decorated and stylishly furnished, muted tones combine with splashes of bright colours throughout, a feature wall here, an eye-catching cushion there – all echoes of the surrounding landscape. An ideal venue for two families or a multi-generational group seeking adaptable accommodation, providing spacious communal areas to gather and get the holiday plan in motion, whether it be putting your feet up or letting your hair down! An inviting pool takes centre stage, complete with separate whirlpool section and real run-around room for younger guests to relinquish that surplus energy.
A trip into Alcúdia Old Town is just a short drive away. Renowned for being the best preserved Medieval town in Mallorca, the impressive ramparts of the town walls still surround this capsule of local life - a labyrinth of narrow, cobbled streets hosting tapas bars, bistros and craft shops with small plazas dotted in between, perfect for a mid-morning coffee break accompanied by freshly baked pastries. The area becomes more upbeat on Tuesdays and Sundays when local stalls are set up and the chic boutiques make way for the bustling market.
