The beautiful villa Acaepa has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. Located in the coastal area of Benissa ( La Fustera ), it is 1km from La Fustera beach, where you can find a beautiful beach bar open all year round, a supermarket and a petrol station.
The distribution of the villa Acaepa is as follows: with 122 m2, in the main house you will find a complete bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds, living room, modern and fully equipped kitchen and a nice terrace that you can use both in summer and winter as it is completely covered. On the upper floor and completely independent with a staircase outside, there is a third bedroom with a comfortable double bed and open views to the mountains and the sea, and a bathroom with shower. The villa was completely renovated in 2019 and the furniture, bathrooms, kitchen etc. are all brand new. It has an air conditioner in the living room.
