The fantastic villa Amandiere in Benissa, is located in a privileged area just 500 mts from the beautiful Cala Pinets. With a capacity of 12 pax, it is the perfect villa for large families or friends who wish to spend a few days relaxing in a residential area and in total tranquillity. The distribution of the villa Amandiere is as follows: Two independent houses, one above the other and connected by an exterior staircase, with a total surface area of 200 mts.
On the first floor you will find an air-conditioned living/dining room, an open-plan kitchen (induction cooker equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and juicer), a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a second bedroom with two single beds together and air conditioning and a third bedroom with two single beds together and air conditioning. 2 complete bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower.
On the upper floor there is a living room / dining room with air conditioning, 1 kitchen, a fourth bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and bathroom with bathtub en suite, a fifth bedroom with two single beds together and air conditioning and the sixth bedroom with two single beds together and air conditioning.
You will also find a beautiful terrace from which you can have lunch or dinner with beautiful open views.
Outside of the villa: 500 metres from Cala Pinets:
In the garden you will find special corners where you can immortalize unique moments, relax and even do some exercise, meditation etc. The private swimming pool is located in the heart of the villa and is perfect for relaxing, swimming and enjoying fun moments with your family or friends. It has an outdoor summer kitchen with a gas cooker and built in barbecue, a beautiful pergola with garden sofas and a table for several guests. A beautiful area to enjoy with the whole family.
It is located in a quiet area ideal for families. At 500 mts from the supermarket La Fustera, gas station and restaurants, and to the sandy beach of La Fustera. In 2.4 km you will find les Basetes marina, where you can do many water activities and enjoy a good rice and typical food of the area in an unbeatable setting, in front of the Peñón de Ifach.
