Villa Bibiane in Benissa, has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. A comfortable villa situated in a quiet residential area ideal for families who want peace and quiet.
Distribution of the villa:
With 100 m² of living space, the villa is distributed over two floors. On the main floor there is an open terrace with a small table and two chairs, a kitchen open to the living room with access to the pool terrace, a living room with air conditioning, a TV area, a sofa and a table for 6 people. A bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, a second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning and a bathroom with shower.
Down a flight of stairs we access the third bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Outside of the villa:
The plot has a covered parking space for one vehicle. From the main entrance we access the independent bedroom. A built in BBC area and benches with stone table for outside dining. To go to the main floor you have to go up a flight of stairs. The pool area is on this floor and has a pool for 4/7 with metal stairs to access inside, an outdoor table for 6 people and 4 sunbeds for sunbathing.
It is located 3 m from the supermarket "Pepe la Sal Benissa, 2 km from the restaurant, 2 km from the rocky beach "Cala Advocat, 4 km from the Ifach Golf Club course, 4 km from La Fustera Beach, 93 km from Alicante-Elche Airport, El Altet" and is located in an ideal area for families.
