A long, cobbled driveway, lined by flowering oleander and olive trees, leads up to the parking area at the front of Villa Martorellet. The split-level lounge has plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, feature fireplace, a partially wooden beamed ceiling and exposed stonework walls. It is also overlooked by the mezzanine seating area and gallery landing above. On the far side of the ground floor is the conservatory dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
