The villa presents a tastefully furnished living-dining room, equipped with Sat/DTT TV and air conditioning, with access to a fully equipped open kitchen that has a ceramic hob and dishwasher. The three bedrooms are furnished with double beds and equipped with air conditioning, each with its own en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower.
ABROAD:
The exterior has a pleasant area around the pool (8x3.5) with Roman stairs, perfect for enjoying relaxing moments. In addition, you will find a built-in barbecue for your outdoor meetings and parking space for 2 vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION:
Located in a privileged area, the villa offers tranquility without giving up convenience. Just 2.5 km away, you will find the nearest sandy beach, as well as supermarkets, shops and restaurants, giving you easy access to all essential services.
OBSERVATIONS:
WiFi access is free so you can stay connected during your stay. In addition, we allow the presence of pets, with a weight limit of 12 kg and an additional supplement, so you can enjoy your vacation in the company of your furry friends.
