Charming holiday villa, a few steps from the beach, with private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed over two floors, connected by interior stairs. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.
INTERIOR: On the GROUND FLOOR, the villa offers a cozy living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace overlooking the pool. The separate kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove and dishwasher, complements this space. Also on this floor, you will find a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of two bedrooms, each with two single beds and access to a terrace with sea views from both bedrooms. A bathroom with shower completes this floor.
EXTERIOR: The exterior of the villa offers a charming terrace with a 9x3.5 meter pool, provided with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. It also has a portable barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. Parking space for 2 vehicles is located within the same plot.
LOCATION: Just 200 meters away is the sandy beach of Puerto Blanco, as well as the closest restaurant. The nearest supermarket is 1.2 km away and the center of Calpe is 1.5 km away.
