In addition, one of the bathrooms is en suite, with a shower and bathtub, while the other bathroom is independent and has a shower.
The exterior of the villa is equally impressive, with a pleasant area around the 10x5 meter pool, equipped with Roman stairs and an outside shower to cool off. You will also find a barbecue to enjoy delicious meals outdoors and an additional bathroom for added convenience. The villa has a large parking lot on the same plot, with space for up to four cars.
The location of the villa is privileged, situated in the quiet area of "Ortenbach" and only 1.7 km from the beaches, as well as a short distance from all the services you may need. In addition, the nearest supermarket is just 350 meters away, making your shopping easier during your stay.
