Description
Charming country house on the outskirts of Campos, welcomes 6 people. It features a private pool overlooking the Mallorcan countryside.
The property has several areas where you can enjoy the outdoors with your loved ones, either relaxing in the chill out area or if you prefer having a nice barbecue. Cool off in the private chlorine pool of 8 x 4 metres with a water depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.70 metres when you come back from the beach. The plot is fenced and there are a few neighbours around.
This house with two floors has a bright living room where you can rest, read a good book or just watch satellite TV. The dining area is equipped with table and chairs and the kitchen is independent and has a gas hob, including all necessary utensils for cooking up a feast. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. One bathroom with shower is on the ground floor. Five fans and three radiators complete the equipment of the house.
On the upper floor of the house there are three bedrooms with two single beds and wardrobe, one of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with bathtub. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A cot and a high chair are available. There is another bathroom with shower on the same floor.
Located on the outskirts of the village of Campos, the environment of the house is quiet,and the house is located just 0.5 km from the village of Campos where you will find all necessary services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bank, restaurants, bars, etc. Every Thursday there is a fruit and vegetable market and on Saturdays there is a market with all kinds of products on the streets of the center.
In 20 minutes by car you can reach beaches like Es Trenc, Cala Mondragó or Colònia de Sant Jordi. From Colònia de Sant Jordi, excursions are organized by boat to the Cabrera Archipelago National Park. The city of Palma is only 30 minutes away by car.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
