Description
Great chalet in Campos, with private pool, located in a rural spot although with a modern architecture and style that will amaze our 6 guests.
The vila features wide and beautiful gardened areas that include a great chlorine pool (8 x 4 metres and 1.1 to 1.70 metres depth) which is surrounded by 6 sun loungers and with a shower outdoors to cool down under the spray. You will also find a large pergola where you can cook delicious barbecues outdoors, a great chill-out area with sofas and a coffee table, and a little playground area for the little ones. The property is fenced and you will enjoy total privacy.
The two storey house offers an impressive room where the living, the dining and the kitchen come all together. The space is perfect to relax watching the satellite TV or listening to some music while cooking on the induction top of the island or enjoying your meals all together. The laundry room is independent and is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bathrooms for the accommodation as well as three bedrooms, all of them with air-conditioning, TV-Sat, walk-in closet or closet and direct access to the terrace. The main floor offers one of the bedrooms with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and independent jetted tub. There also is a shower bathroom for the rest of the floor. Upstairs you will find a room with twin beds and another one with a double bed. There is a bathroom with a tub to complete the top floor. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. The house offers oil central heating for the winter season.
The property is located about 5.3 km from the town of Campos where you find all needed services like restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and more.There is a street market of local products like fruits and vegetables -as well as other goods- on Thursday morning throughout the town centre. The nearest beaches are es Trenc, which is about 6.2 km, and also sa Ràpita or Colònia de Sant Jordi.
Pets up to 15 kg are welcome.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
