Just 500 meters from the beach is this beautiful villa with 8x4m private pool with Roman steps, grass area and covered parking. It has 500m2 of fully fenced plot.
The house has a covered terrace next to the pool with direct access to the interior of the house. Once inside we find the spacious living room with satellite TV. Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped open plan kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
We continue down the corridor to the first double bedroom with mosquito nets. Directly opposite, a large bathroom with a bathtub.
To get to the second room you have to go up to the upper floor, we find a double bed with mosquito nets and with access to a small terrace overlooking the garden and the pool. Next to the room there is a bathroom with shower.
To the beach 500m, bars / restaurants and supermarkets 500m, to the center of Denia 4km
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
