This magnificent villa is the perfect home to accommodate families or groups of friends!

Upon entering, you will be enveloped in a serene and inviting atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen harmoniously integrates with the dining and living areas, providing a family space where you can enjoy homemade meals and fun moments that will surely be unforgettable.

On the same floor, there are three double bedrooms, one of which is en suite, ensuring privacy. In addition to the suite, the floor features a shared bathroom to ensure maximum comfort and convenience for all guests.

On the upper floor, you will find a double bedroom and a small reading and relaxation area, as well as a private bathroom.

The lower floor features a practical and well-organized laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and storage cabinets for efficient organization. This floor connects to the exterior of the house, as well as a small entertainment room and an additional bathroom.

Outside, you will find a covered and fully equipped barbecue area. In this space, you can enjoy local cuisine and delicious meals.

The relaxation area with a jacuzzi is the highlight, perfect for unwinding after a long day!
