Welcome to this magnificent villa of 190 m2 for up to 6 people, on the outskirts of Llubí.
The house exteriors are spectacular. There is a swimming pool of 8 x 4 m, with a minimum depth of 0.60 m and maximum depth of 1.70 m, seven deck-chairs, a garden, and a ping-pong table. You can also enjoy fresh oranges that you can catch straight from the orange trees planted in the orchard. Foodies will enjoy the barbecue underneath a small porch, and cook delicious dishes. There is another porch with a table and chairs to spend great evenings.
This ground-floor house has 3 bedrooms, all with fan, 2 of them with double bed, and 1 with two single beds; there are two cots available. There is an air conditioner in the corridor of the rooms. There are also 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub that serve the whole house. The living room and kitchen are located in the same space and have air conditioning and a wood cooker. Relax on the sofas either watching satellite TV, reading a book or just relaxing. There is a table and chairs in the dining area where you can have great evenings with family and friends. The gas kitchen is a very cosy area, separated from the lounge area by a breakfast bar, and is fully equipped for you to cook without any impediment. There is an iron, ironing board and washing machine.
Llubí is a small charming town located in one of the most beautiful areas in Mallorca, 3.2 km from the house. Just a 20-minute drive away, you will reach the beaches of Can Picafort and Port d’Alcúdia, and within 30 minutes, the beaches of Port de Pollença, Cala Sant Vicenç and Formentor. All these beaches have white sand and crystal clear shallow water, ideal for children, and many water activities such as sailing, kayaking, diving and fishing, among others. Also, in these coastal towns (Can Picafort, Port d’Alcúdia and Port de Pollença) you will find a promenade and nice shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. And if what you like is hiking or cycling, there are very interesting and quiet routes to enjoy the island nature.
