Villa Emanuela is a new villa with pool set in a a quiet area, just 3 km from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo.
The house is on 2 levels. On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and a kitchen with living room that looks at the pool. The attic, which is accessed via an external staircase, consists of a living area with kitchenette, one bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The location of the house guarantees the privacy necessary to unplug the outside world and enjoy moments of well-deserved relaxation.
Electricity included up to 250 kWh per week; for extra consumption € 0.80 / kWh
Tourist tax to be paid before arrival.
