Description
This spectacular Mediterranean style, home-from-home, 6 bed, 6 bath sea-view Villa is situated in the quiet
and prestigious urbanisation known as Balcon Al Mar (balcony to the sea) and is walking distance to some of the
most stunning vistas and bays in the Costa Blanca.
The owners, who live here 6 months of the year, will tell you that the villa is also only a few minutes’ walk from some of the best tasting croissants in Spain. The nearest Bar/Restaurants and supermarkets are 5 minutes’ walk.
Tennis Club and yet more supermarkets are 15 mns walk from you.
EXTERIOR
On entering the property through secure automatic gates, you have access to a large, level, open parking area for at least 3 large cars (plus free parking outside on the road if needed). To the right of the property, you will find several private areas at your disposal; the first one is a chill out area with several sofas with capacity for all the guests and where you will be able to enjoy your stay having some refreshments. Next, you will find the 8 x 4m, newly refurbished, swimming pool (and outdoor shower) surrounded by sun loungers. You can sunbathe and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Under the 2nd Naya next to the pool, you will find an outdoor, stainless steel, state of the art, gas barbecue, fridge/freezer, second dishwasher, sink and a large dining table for all the guests. It will undoubtedly be a fundamental part of your stay. On the upper terrace you will find a day bed where you can disconnect and relax watching the sunset. Climbing the stairs to the roof top terrace, you can sit with an evening drink and enjoy the breathtaking views across Javea and Playa Grenadella (sited as one of the prettiest coves in the Costa Blanca).
LAYOUT
The main level entrance from the car parking area leads onto the open front porch (Naya) with seating and is kept private by the surrounding Oleander hedge. The main front door off the Naya leads into a very decorative hallway/cloakroom area. Immediately after, you will find the light and airy open plan contemporary living room with plenty of seating, coffee tables, 75-inch LG flat screen tv showing Netflix, Disney, Apple TV, Prime Video as well as terrestrial TV broachasting most of Europe and Russians channels. High speed wi-fi all around the property. The dining area and kitchen/breakfast bar are open plan to the lounge. The fully stocked kitchen has 2 ovens, a microwave, fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, sink, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, cafetières, and gas hob so that you can prepare fantastic meals.
All these areas open up to the swimming pool via sliding doors and the large windows in the lounge allow you to sit and look out to sea.
Back in the entrance hall you have access to a washing machine and there are 2 ground floor ensuite bedrooms.
Climbing the stairs, you access the upper floor where 4 further bedrooms can be found. 3 are ensuite and 1 has its own separate bathroom. The master suite had its own sea-view balcony. All bedrooms have air-con, fans, and the two main bedrooms upstairs have large TV’s.
