This beautiful Mallorcan style house located in Llubí has a private pool and capacity for 8 guests.
The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In them you will find a private salt swimming pool with dimensions of 6 m x 3 m and a depth range of between 1.30 and 1.70 m. Around it, there are sun loungers and a Balinese bed where you can relax while getting a tan, a play area for the little ones and, in addition, a furnished terrace equipped with a barbecue that offers you several spaces where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. There are neighbours nearby.
The interior of the two-storey house, decorated in a modern and simple style, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor you will find a living room with fireplace, AC and TV-Sat and a kitchen with dining area equipped with induction and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the same floor there are two of the four bedrooms with radiators (one with two single beds and one with a double bed) and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the remaining bedrooms, both with AC. One has two single beds side by side and access to a furnished terrace with views of the countryside, while the other has a double bed. Also on the upper floor there is a gym and another bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.
This accommodation is located in Llubí, a village in the heart of the island that has all the necessary services for an independent stay. Moreover, by strolling through its streets you will be able to get to know the essence of Mallorcan life, as well as enjoy the Balearic gastronomy in one of its restaurants. Due to its centric location, this town is perfect for exploring Mallorca, as there are countless trails and paths that will allow you to discover the Serra de Tramuntana on foot or by bicycle, as well as to visit the idyllic beaches of northern Mallorca such as Playas de Muro, Can Picafort or Son Serra de Marina within a short distance. Palma, the island's capital, is just over half an hour's drive away.
