Description
Villa San Montano takes its name from the town where it is located, located in the residential area of the Riviera San Montano 4 km from Sorrento, once a fishing village and famous for its lemon groves. Since then it has become a favorite place for visitors with its beautiful miniature gardens that descend to the sea and the island of Capri that are a superb backdrop to the scene.
THE SPACE:
The villa overlooks the bay of San Montano and enjoys a unique view of Capri and the gulf. It’s located on the mezzanine floor that is accessed via an external main staircase or an internal staircase from the garage. It consists of entrance hall, to the left of the entrance a double bedroom with a view and private bathroom in the room. Large corridor that leads to the other side of the house, twin bedroom (two single beds that if necessary become a double), large master bedroom with private bathroom and sea view.
- INDOOR AREA:
Large living room with windows and French doors with access to the outdoor terrace. The living room consists of a dining area table for eight, reading area with armchairs and fireplace and living area with sofa with sea view.
Masonry kitchen with majolica of Vietri composed of hob with 4 burners, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and everything needed for cooking.
- EXTERNAL:
Through the kitchen or the living room you access the large outdoor terrace of about 300 square meters. One part is covered by a patio and is equipped with outdoor table and chairs. The other part is uncovered and is equipped with 6 sun loungers and outdoor sofas.
Parking for 2 private parking spaces, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor.
Direct access to the sea via an internal staircase and possibility of 2 private sunbeds on the beach.
Air conditioning on consumption to be paid on site.
Security deposit of €350 to be left in cash on arrival.
Pets allowed at the cost of € 30.00
Extra set of linen €13,00
Guests must provide identification upon arrival and show the green pass.
