Modica Country Villa is a beautiful property with pool, located in the countryside of Modica, perfect for families and small groups of friends.
The house is situated in a quiet location but with all the amenities within a few minutes drive.
The property is on 2 levels: on the ground floor there is a large kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and two bathrooms. On the first floor there are 2 single rooms that can be transformed into double rooms, and another bathroom.
From the living area, through an equipped veranda, there is the access to the garden, at the center of which is a wonderful swimming pool with a small beach, a children's area and a deeper area equipped with a diving board.
At the edge of the pool there also are a gazebo, outdoor showers and barbecue area.
