Ancient villa fully renovated in the countryside between Modica and the sea, near the family mill.
Once through the ancient wrought iron entrance gate, you enter the characteristic "baglio", the internal courtyard of the residence.
The kitchen and dining area welcome guests for breakfast, dinner and moments of conviviality.
For the common areas and bedrooms, furnishing elements capable of enhancing and narrating the tradition of the area were sought, such as ceramics, wooden furnishings and the stone of the walls.
The property has: 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom which can be accessed from the Baglio, a double bedroom with private bathroom accessible from the dining room and a quadruple bedroom in the annexe with private bathroom.
From the living area, through an equipped veranda, you access the garden, in the center of which there is a wonderful swimming pool.
Electricity included up to 500 kWh per week; for extra consumption €0.40/kWh is required
