The semi-detached house EL PINO in Moraira, has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. A jewel of the Mediterranean, which this year is 100 years old and was originally an authentic fisherman's house in Moraira. It is situated in front of the sea and just above the famous Portet de Moraira beach, a semi-detached house with stairs that lead directly down to the sandy beach. A house for sea and leisure lovers without a doubt, as just below also, we find one of the most famous restaurants in the area, the restaurant el Portet.
Distribution of the accommodation:
With 150 m² of living space, the semi-detached house is distributed over two floors connected by interior stairs. The main floor has a fully equipped rustic style kitchen, a living-dining room with a table for 8 people, TV area and sofa, a bedroom with double bed and beautiful sea views and a second bedroom with a double bed. From the living room there is access to a spectacular terrace with a table for lunch and dinner overlooking the sea, and outdoor seating with beautiful views of the Portet beach and the Peñon de Ifach in the background. On the outside of the house and next to the kitchen, there is a complete bathroom with shower.
Going up the stairs from the living room we find a complete bathroom with shower, the third bedroom with two single beds and sea views, and a fourth bedroom with double bed and a beautiful terrace with open views to the sea.
Outside of the accommodation:
The semi-detached house has private parking area for about 3 car spaces inside. Two terraces with spectacular sea views and is located just above the beach and the Portet restaurant.
It is located 0 m from the sandy beach "Playa del Portet", 0 m from the rocky beach "Playa del Portet", 0 m from the restaurant, 1 km from the town "Moraira", 1 km from the supermarket, 6 km from the golf course "Club de Golf Ifach" and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.
