he beautiful San Vicente villa in Moraira has 6 bedrooms and capacity for 12 people. With a very Mediterranean style, and just 50 meters from the beach in Portet de Moraira, it is a favorite for guests of Villas Guzmán.
This very special villa is one of the first villas that were built in El Portet. Between 2017 and 2018, the villa was completely renovated and designed respecting almost all the original elements of the time but with all the comforts of today, as well as adapting and merging the decoration of yesteryear with the current Mediterranean.
Distributed in 240 m2 and on one floor, the villa has an entrance that leads to a living room-dining room divided into two rooms, a living area with original seating in front of the large original fireplace in the house, and the dining area. with a nice table and lots of natural light. Opposite, a wide hallway opens, presenting the 5 bedrooms found in the main house. The first bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Right in front is the second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. the third bedroom has a very original composition since we find the bathroom with a shower on the right of the room and at the end is the nice work bed. A fourth bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower en suite and air conditioning. And the fifth bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. Continuing down the hall we find a full bathroom with a bathtub, making a total of 4 bathrooms in the main house. A beautiful rustic-Mediterranean style kitchen, new and fully equipped, with a pleasant bar to have breakfast or to accompany while preparing some aperitif.
EXTERIOR OF THE VILLA: With a plot of 950 m2,
Outside the house and up a short flight of stairs you will find a study with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, a small auxiliary kitchen and air conditioning.
At the main entrance to the plot you will find a beautiful electric wrought iron gate, which leads to a large parking area for at least two large cars.
In front of the door of the villa there is a nice porch, and at the back you can enjoy a shaded terrace and a large table for many diners, a gas summer kitchen area, with a Moorish oven, and a bench area for organize fantastic dinners and meals outside. To the left of the rear terrace is the wooden pergola and it works with a relaxation area with sofas where the nights will be a real delight. A garden with Mediterranean plants and the beautiful pool with sea views and a hammock area for several guests.
