BELLET HILLS is a spacious villa on the heights of Nice of 140 m2 with swimming pool for 6 people.
It consists of a large living - dining room and a beautiful American kitchen fully equipped with a large terrace. On the lower floor are 3 bedrooms, one bedroom with a trundle bed, one bedroom with a 180cm bed and its ensuite bathroom and the last bedroom with a 160cm sofa bed. There is also a bathroom and a toilet.
Outside: a beautiful swimming pool with mountain views and parking- A studio is occupied at the rear of the villa
Parking - Deposit 1000 € - Prohibition for groups under 30 years old - non-smokers and pets not allowed
