Pretty enclosed garden on either side of the villa, parking and a shared swimming pool for the entire residence.
The villa is quiet while not isolated and close to numerous walks, the Gairaut waterfall and pretty villages in the immediate vicinity of the town. The access road takes you directly to the main arteries of the Alpes Maritimes, making it easy to access everything.
The ground floor - swimming pool floor, is the living space: a beautiful dining room with large bay windows, the living room with lounge area, benefiting from comfortable furnishings. Fully equipped independent kitchen. This sunny space opens onto a beautiful terrace towards the garden.
