Description
Beautiful villa in Jesus with spectacular views of the Ibiza old town. It consists of 4 spacious and bright rooms, with gardens full of orange and lemon trees, a private pool with a large terrace and a barbecue. The location is unbeatable, on the outskirts of the city of Jesus, just 5 minutes from the center of Ibiza and Talamanca beach.
Bedroom 1: a large bedroom with a double bed, with the possibility of adding 2 extra beds, strictly on request and at an additional cost, located on the lower level.
Bedroom 2: connected to Bedroom 3, with a double bed - located on the ground floor.
Bedroom 3: connected to Bedroom 2, with 2 single beds, located on the ground floor. A bathroom with shower next to bedrooms 2 and 3.
Bedroom 4: with double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, located on the first floor.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, ideal for food lovers.
The living room is spacious and cozy, with comfortable sofas, television and a dining room for 8 people.
PLEASE NOTE:
- the villa is ideal for 8 adults. If you need an extra bed, please get in touch so we can confirm the possibility and cost.
- for groups under 28 years old, a €2000 security deposit will be required on arrival to be blocked on a credit card
- The eco-tax of €2.20 per adult per night is not included in the prices and must be paid in euro cash upon arrival at the property.
