Nice finca with a cozy atmosphere, situatet on the outskirts of Pollensa at only10 minuts drive from town , house with two bedrooms, ideal for a family with two children. . The living area of approx. 150sqm is distributed over two floors.
On the ground floor , you will find the living-dining room with satellite TV, sofas and a wood burning stove for use in the off-season, a modern and well-equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom.
On the 1st floor, it has two bedrooms and one bathroom, one room with two single beds and a room with a double bed, these rooms share an air conditioner that is in the hallway between the two rooms.
Outside there is a covered terrace with fantastic views of Pollensas beautiful landscape. The outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a colorful garden with Mediterranean plants.
