Excellent beaches, as well as Puerto Pollença, Cala San Vicente and Alcudia, are within easy driving distance, as well as the town of Pollença, which offers a wide range of cultural activities, and restaurants, bars and cafés. The area also has excellent routes for hiking, mountain biking and other outdoor sports.

The outside area of the villa has a swimming pool surrounded by green lawns and sun loungers for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer, and oven. It has direct access to the side terrace, next to the built-in barbecue. On this side of the house, there is also the laundry room.
