Nice holiday home 6.8km from the well-known city of Póvoa de Varzim.
The surrounding residential area is very calm and peaceful, dominated by a beautiful semi-rural/forested landscape. It invites you to a relaxing holiday in a bucolic environment.
This property has a capacity for 6 people and is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor, we have 1 spacious and comfortable living room and 1 service bathroom (with shower).
On this floor, we also have 1 kitchen, with a direct connection to the dining room, with very bright areas.
Through some stairs we access the upper floor which consists of 3 double bedrooms (1 of them with a private bathroom), shared bathroom. Two of the bedrooms share a balcony with pool views.
For the comfort of guests, this property is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and the 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. The price of air conditioning is included in the rental price.
Externally, we have a small lawn in front of the house, and at the back, there is a leisure area consisting of 1 adult pool and 1 children's pool. Adjacent to the pool, there is one shower, a bathroom, a laundry area, and 2 common areas.
There is enough space inside the property to park several cars, and there is easy parking on the street.
The entire property has easy access to the main restaurant and supermarket services
