The main building, created from the old stables, includes the living area, which leads to 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, the dining area and the kitchen. The living room opens onto the internal courtyard with a pergola equipped for lunches and dinners.
The kitchen leads to the small and scenic heated swimming pool, with the possibility of heating the water up to 35 degrees.
Crossing the farmhouse you reach the other building which houses 2 more double bedrooms, inside which 2 bathrooms have been created with an original system of internal partitions, the cinema room and a small kitchen for aperitifs or small events.
Electricity included up to 250 kWh per week; for extra consumption: €0.40/kWh
