Light and spacious villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a private pool und garden in the north of the island.
On the 120m2 of a constructed area the house dispones of a plot of 14,000m2 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms (one is with a bath and the other is with shower). The house sleeps till 6 people.
In the living room you can rest on the comfy sofa, watch a satellite TV or surf in internet with wifi.
The American kitchen has a direct access to the furnished porch with a table and a chill-out area. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils to cook delicious meals which you can enjoy sitting outside on the porch. From there you can watch your kids bathing in the pool or playing in the garden. A portable barbeque and 6 sunbeds make your stay more comfortable.
The house is located 10km from the Port Alcudia beach and 15 minutes by car to the Port Pollenca. The nearest village is SaPobla, famous for agriculture.
On Sundays you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits on the local market. The situation of the house is well connected to the highway. 40 minutes later you reach the airportort and center of the Palma capital.
