Description
Starting from May 2023, "Son Forteza" is undergoing a transformation following a change of ownership, featuring a completely renovated interior and exterior. Additionally, all furniture and sanitary facilities have been replaced. The roof has been meticulously insulated to create a pleasant indoor atmosphere and have a sustainable impact on energy costs.
"Son Forteza" is a beautiful holiday property situated on a 2,000-square-meter plot at the edge of the Tramuntana Mountains in the north of Mallorca, in Crestatx between Sa Pobla and Pollença. It is surrounded by nature and boasts various types of fruit trees, including prickly pears, banana trees, and native trees like holm oaks, which, along with pine trees, populate the entire wooded area and the urbanization.
The expansive garden features a swimming pool right outside the terrace door (9 x 3.5 meters), inviting relaxation and rejuvenation. For sun enthusiasts or those seeking shade, there are various options in the natural garden. The entire living area is on one level, and all bedrooms are accessible through a separate entrance in the house. The rooms and living area are individually and modernly designed, equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, and blinds or pleated shades. Both bedrooms have bathrooms with showers, which are directly connected to the respective bedrooms and can be separated by doors from the master bedroom. All windows have mosquito nets and blinds. Daylight wells flood the rooms with natural light in the lounge and dining area, as well as in the kitchen. From the front door of the house, you have a continuous view of the pool and the garden.

Sa Pobla - Crestaitx is located on the edge of the Tramuntana Mountains in the north of Mallorca. Villa Son Forteza is situated in this wonderfully tranquil location. It takes approximately 35 minutes by car to reach Sa Pobla-Crestaitx from Palma or the airport. From here, you can easily access many interesting destinations. Alcúdia is 12 km away, Pollença is 8 km away. The lively Alcúdia and Pollença offer numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, and bars. The less touristy Sa Pobla is about 5 minutes away and is known for its excellent restaurants. It may not be evident from the facades of the houses, but exceptional cooking takes place behind them. The beautiful beaches of Alcúdia, Pollença, and Alcanada are just a few kilometers away. There is a beach popular among windsurfers and kite surfers between Port de Pollença and Alcúdia.
