Villa Paris is a spacious beautiful property situated in the hills of San Antonio just 5 mins from the legendary Pikes Hotel and a short drive to San Antonio with all its attractions. Ideal for families with its great outdoor areas, green lawn, and well-maintained grounds. A wonderful courtyard offers easy secure parking.
The house consists of 5 air-conditioned double bedrooms in the Ibicencan style. On the main floor, there are 3 bedrooms with easy access to the pool area.
Bedroom 1 (master): double bed with en suite bathroom with shower, AC, accessible from inside as well as from the outside by a private entrance.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, AC
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, AC
On the 1st floor, there are 2 more bedrooms that share a bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, AC, access to the large terrace with views
Bedroom 5: double bed, AC, access to the large terrace with views
There is also a curtained-off area with 2 extra beds just perfect for kids or 2 singles (available on request).

By the big pool, there are 8 sun loungers and 2 large sunbeds. Count on the second summer kitchen, BBQ area, and a beautiful covered alfresco close to the pool, making it perfect for summer-long lunches and late dinners.
Plenty of restaurants like Sa Capella are close by, as is the legendary, rock 'n' roll-themed hotel & restaurant Pikes, plus other parts of the island can be accessed very easily by car. There's a restaurant within walking distance (750 m) and San Antonio with all its activities and places for food shopping is just a 5-minute drive away. The beaches of Cala Gracio and Cala Salada are a mere 10 minutes drive, plus you are close to some of the island's best beaches like Cala Conta and Cala Bassa. Another point of interest close by is Bodegas Can Rich which elaborates Eco Ibicencan Wines, Olive Oils, Vinegars and Salt of Ibiza. A car is necessary for this property.
