This beautiful recently renovated villa is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Ibiza: Roca Llisa. Surrounded by nature and tranquility, the urbanization has 24 hour security.
The villa can accommodate 6 people. It has 3 cozy double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Each room has direct access to the pool and garden. The kitchen is very bright and fully equipped, the villa also has a washer and dryer.
In the large garden there are two Balinese beds where you can relax, hammocks and a barbecue with a wooden table where you can eat while enjoying the beautiful pool. The villa also has two parking spaces.
Minimum age to book: 25 years.
Final cleaning included in the price.
On request an extra bed can be added at an additional cost.

- To pick up the keys out of office hours will be charged 50€ extra. The clients will be accompanied to the accommodation and provided with a breakfast pack
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .

- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
