This modern seaside holiday home overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is only 100 metres from a beautiful sandy beach in Connemara County Galway. Our self-catering holiday home, Claddaghduff Beach House is situated 1 mile from Claddaghduff village and only 6 miles from the vibrant seaside town of Clifden.
From Claddaghduff Beach Home you and your guests will experience a tranquil seaside holiday, breath-taking scenery and numerous coastal walks right from your door. This property is also a pet friendly holiday home, and a great option for a pet friendly holiday on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way.
Property layout – Ground floor:
- Well equipped kitchen and dining area
- Large and bright living room with TV, DVD player and wood burning stove
- Utility room with washing machine and dryer providing extra storage
- Bedroom 1: kingsize ensuite with body jet shower sleeping 2
- Bedroom 2: double sleeping 2
- Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2
- Family bathroom with shower and bath
Sliding doors from the dining area lead onto a patio with outside seating ideal for open-air dining and relaxing. The large garden is enclosed garden, and there is private off-road parking.
For extra comfort this holiday home has underfloor oil heating throughout the property.
Towels are provided.

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €150 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

Claddaghduff Beach House is a pet-friendly holiday home. This property will accept a maximum of 1 dog. Please reserve at the time of booking via our call centre as your pet will not be accepted without prior confirmation. Pets are not permitted in the bedrooms, on carpeted areas or on the furniture. Pets must not be left in the property unsupervised and must be exercised off premises. Where the number of pets is exceeded, or additional cleaning is required due to pets being on furniture, carpets or beds, the charge for the additional cleaning will be made against your security deposit.Wheelchair Friendly Holiday Accommodation

Sweeney's Strand Bar serves freshly caught seafood dishes, and is quite famous for mackerel when in season.
