The 4-bedroom retreat features two luxurious double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite for added privacy, a room adorned with three sets of high-standard loft beds, with its private en-suite, and one bedroom boasting two single beds.

The open-plan design seamlessly blends the spacious living room into a multifunctional area with two double sofa beds and one single sofa bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests or larger groups. The room features an indoor dining table and chairs for shared meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an electric hob, microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator, kettle, and dishwasher.

Free Wi-Fi, washing machine and air conditioning are also provided for your convenience.

Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season)

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Breakage Deposit Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only)

• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.

Prices up to 12 people.
The 13rd to 22nd persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €28 each, per week).

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
