On the ground floor, the villa features a suite with a double bed and a double sofa bed, complete with a private bathroom with a bathtub. On this floor, there is also a service WC with a washbasin and toilet. The living room is spacious and cozy, equipped with a double sofa bed, a two-seater sofa, and two armchairs, providing the perfect space to relax after a day in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, washing machine, and dishwasher, making it ideal for preparing meals at home with ease and convenience.

On the first floor, Villa Agadir offers three additional suites. One is a twin suite with two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. The other two suites include a twin suite and a suite with a double bed, both with private bathrooms equipped with a bathtub, offering comfort and privacy for all guests.

The villa's lower floor includes a garage and a ping-pong table, providing additional entertainment options for days spent at home.

Outside, the villa boasts a heated swimming pool (available at an additional cost), perfect for refreshing swims year-round. The outdoor leisure area includes a barbecue, sun loungers for soaking up the sun, and a dining table for up to 8 people, perfect for alfresco meals with friends and family.

Villa Agadir is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 people, with the possibility of adding up to 4 extra beds (1 sofa bed and 2 supplementary beds), allowing for additional flexibility for larger groups.

While the villa does not usually accept pets, exceptions may be considered in special circumstances with prior authorization.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not align with the property’s changeover day, please contact us before making a reservation so we can confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Check-in time: Thursday from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out time: 10:00
The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (there may be flexibility during the low season)
Group security deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card)
A booking, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions.

Pricing

Prices are for up to 8 people.
For the 9th and 12nd guests, an additional fee will be charged, which includes an extra bed (€154 each, per week). For young children (infants/toddlers), a crib is available for €21 each, per week.

The administrative fee for date changes is €150.
